Offline shopping experience 🛍 ⠀ Last Monday shops finally reopened in Switzerland. This makes me very happy. I hate online shopping and don’t use it for buying garments. Moreover, I usually never search for a particular thing in a store. For me it’s more like having a meditative walk through shops until a piece of clothing finds me. It just happens or not. In addition, I need to touch the item before to try it. This approach ensures me the right choice which suits the rest of my wardrobe. ⠀ And how do you choose your clothes? Я ненавижу отовариваться в Интернете, в целом, и никогда не покупаю одежду онлайн. Более того, я обычно никогда не ищу конкретный наряд в магазине. Для меня это больше похоже на медитативную прогулку, пока моя вещь не найдёт меня сама. Это просто либо случается, либо нет. К тому-же, мне обязательно нужно потрогать предмет на ощупь прежде чем примерять. Такой подход доставляет мне удовольствие, оберегает от лишних трат и гарантирует правильный выбор предмета одежды, подходящий ко всему остальному гардеробу. ⠀ А как вы выбираете себе одежду? 🔥What helps you to deal with your children's emotions in a balanced and stable way? ⠀ For me, it’s the following: ⠀ ⚡️Recognition of the fact that it's not me and my emotions. It already creates the necessary distance. I start seeing that it's not my fault. It's their life and their lessons to learn ⠀ ⚡️Allowing myself to be alive, real and not a perfect bio-robot is also helpful. I am the only possible mom for my kids. And I couldn’t have done more and better, because I am the way I am at the very moment. So whatever I am doing, it’s the best I can do. Consequently it’s already perfect ⠀ ⚡️Also knowing myself, my underlying values, remembering my achievements gives me a foothold. This form of self-value allows me to live through conflicts at once. Gives me the right to instantly assert my needs, desires and enplane how I should be treated ⠀ It’s crucial for me to give myself such a support. I am becoming resilient. Эта дистанция помогает увидеть, что это не моя вина, а их жизнь, их задачи и уроки. ⠀ Также разрешение себе быть живой, настоящей, а не идеальным биороботом. Я единственно возможная мама у своих детей. И я не могла бы быть какой-то получше, так как я именно такая, какая я есть на данный момент. Я уже делаю все, что могу исходя из своих нынешних ресурсов. Значит, уже совершенна. ⠀ Еще знание себя, своих глубинных ценностей, память о своих навыках и достижениях дает мне опору. Эта самоценность позволяет мне проживать конфликты сразу. SHOULD I STAY OR SHOULD I GO ⠀ Long time ago a good friend of mine told me that I seem to scatter on all four sides↕️↔️. Indeed, I have trouble focusing. Particularly staying rooted in my inner self. Calm, clear and centered. On the one hand such a tearing apart is caused by my lust for life. On the other hand it’s my insatiability that is keeping me restless. It feels like I’m everywhere and nowhere exactly. The positive thing about doing all the possible things at the same time is that it’s never boring. The negative side is that it’s exhausting and inefficient🎡. Well, it’s high time to learn how to treasure my energy 🚀 ⠀ So my next challenge I see in hacking away at the unessential and making one step at a time! ⠀ There’s more to come 🐘
